SUMMER FEE SCHEDULE: JULY 1 – AUG. 31

Hall
Small groups and classes — $2 a head w/ a $50.00 min
Evening 5-11pm — 20% of the gate or $150 whichever is greater
Day & Night — $250

Old Fire Station
Small Groups and Classes — $2 head w/ a $25 min.
Full day (one floor) — $ 75
Evening  5-11pm — $75
Day & Night — $150

 

WINTER FEE SCHEDULE: SEPT 1 TO JUNE 30

Hall
Small Groups and classes — $1.50 per person with a $30 minimum
Full Day 9-5 — $75
Evening 5-11pm — 20% of the gate or $90 whichever is greater
Day & Night — 9am to 11pm $150

Old Fire Station
Small Groups or Classes — $1.50 per person w/ a $15 min
Full Day (one floor) 9am-5pm — $40
Evening 5pm-11pm — $40
Day & Night 9am-11pm — $75

The Board of Trustees holds the right to charge additional fees or set special rates for  programs, events, or activities which the Board deems to constitute unusual and/or heavy use of Community Association spaces.  The Board may also vote to waive fees.
