The Community Association Board of Trustees welcomes new proposals for the use of its buildings. Interested parties should contact the Activities Director.
Groups that wish to use Woods Hole Community Association buildings shall designate an individual to be responsible to the Community Association for the use of the building. This individual shall contact the Activities Director and, with the Activities Director’s help as needed, find an accountable individual to sponsor the proposed activity. The User and the Sponsor shall be responsible for the building’s proper use and for addressing any complaints that may arise in the course of such use.
Proposals are considered at the Board meetings on the third Tuesday of each month.
Board meetings are open to the public.
All users must comply with the rules of building use and the law. The Board may place additional conditions on activities that could reasonably be construed to cause personal injury or damage to buildings, or based on prior history by the user.
